On another forum, the timing is now August. I use the CP Vol 1, 5th ed available at an app called Bookshelf. The Kindle version is too wonky with the formatting as to this specific book. I can read this version on my iPad more easily, and pictures are better.

I sold my copies of the 5th edition I had, made enough to buy the 7th editions and Bowers 2nd edition of Colonial Coins guide, and have a really nice dinner out when it safer!

Got both the 5th Edition Vol 2 and the 6th Edition Vol 1.
Bought both for going price of 39.95 at time of Publishing.
The prices now for these books are just plain nuts!

I knew JT Stanton and know Bill Fivaz, both great guys, and I knew from Bill and another friend they were still coming out with at least one more edition after the 6th. So I decided it was time to make some money, I think I got my copies even cheaper than list, around $40+ for both copies. I did well, I've also sold a few other books that I made a killing on lately, two copies of Bowers Vermont Coinage, (which ran out, but is back in large amount of stock) at Stack's ebay store. I got $300+ for my two copies, I bought 3 for less than $100. During the shut down year, I think people were just bored and those that have money were just buying all sorts of stuff just because. The latest ANA Numismatist issue has a little blurb about the new edition of the Cherry Picker's Guides, They will likely available before the end of the year, shooting that they can be sent before Christmas as gifts.
