i have photographed a lot of Canadian coins. lots of 50 cent coins. but I have never photographed. a more stunning coin then this one.

So stunning you can't share some pics of it with us?
English is not my first language.
Some colloquialisms and jargon baffle me.
I don't understand the point of this thread.
Instead of an exceptional coin I see a tiny portion of a late die state coin with Die Deterioration Doubling and loss of detail.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

DBM I am sorry I can not take a full picture. I am shooting from a microscope stand. I can not get a full coin under that short of a distance. so until my steel comes in from the USA. this is about the best I can do. I can not hold a camera steady enough by hand any more. later I will be back put up some pictures for you. this is a very well struck coin. you dont see many like this. even there high end coins are full of flaws. if you take the time to look at them closely. have a great one, not everybody has seen the square jewel coin.
