I don't know what I'm looking at, could you please use indicators as to what you are pointing out?

OK I guess I should point it out better >> Look at the underside of the ear on the 4th picture that's where it starts and curves down in the of the neck. This is all raised and no its not a stain I can see it just looking at my eyes.

A clash would be more vertical: Almost looks like a lamination issue that peeled off around that area? (to the right of the square?)

Yes coop I have a couple with neck die clashes. That's why I was looking for help on this on. Its oddly thicker then a Column and to thick for a Die Gouge. Also the angle of the clash I have no clue. I can see it just looking at the coin.

No, I mean the rotation of the strike. Sometimes after a clash they can be off a few dgrees. I wondered if that is what happened on your coin.

A memorial example of a "goiter neck" coin? (TB posted one from 1924s, I believe) I don't believe a clash will show up on the deepest part of the die (Especially without showing up on some field elements near the devices. The only example where I have seen a "clash" on the deep elements of a die (bust area) is on a fake Chinese error: a fake Peace dollar clash. Your LMC looks authentic though.
