I'm thinking MS64. A few light contact marks and rubs, spot on the back of the head.

I do like what appears to be some subtle toning out towards the coin's edges.

Those are die polishing lines both sides have vertical running Polishing lines

The doubleing don't match anything listed and the black spot was a piece of lint or something I was able to blow off. It really looks like the doubling on the sms Coins and does has something on the 4. My coin has the red mark.
