I found a really good deal on an Off Centered coin and when I received the package today there was an extra one with it. Beautiful 1943 steel cent so I decided to check it out and well its curved. I'm getting familiar with all the errors but this one has me stumped any thoughts would help please.

Correct. It is re-processed by plating over the original surface. The finish should be dull, not shiny:

Also the coin is bent which reduces all value. Just a Wheat cent now.

Agreed, plated. Wheat cents are generally worth 3 cents just because they are whaeties, so if you have two of them you have 6 cents! Please crop your photos so only the coin fills the screen. Thanks.
