Correct. It is re-processed by plating over the original surface. The finish should be dull, not shiny:  Also the coin is bent which reduces all value. Just a Wheat cent now.

Original coin was bent before reprocessing.  to the CCF!

Normal is 2.7 grams and it should be magnetic. John1

Agreed, plated. Wheat cents are generally worth 3 cents just because they are whaeties, so if you have two of them you have 6 cents! Please crop your photos so only the coin fills the screen. Thanks.
