2000 Cent--Off Center Strike

Those were the last years of the bags of coins. Up till 2000, you could by $50 mint bags of cents. An error coin coin could be found in these bags of coins. In 2001' they started the pallets of coins. They sent these to the designated bagging locations and the errors were to be returned to the mint. Failure could result in loss of this of this service. So a lot more errors slowed getting out. Just the coins that would fit into the rolls are now found since then.
