The Indian Head cent series is a great place to search for die cracks!

Is that a standard die crack or a pre-CUD or a retained Die Cud?

This is all new to me. I only started going thru the coins I had inherited during the quarantine. So while I have learned what a Cud is and a die crack. I am not sure if its a standard or pre Cud or retained! However I have found a site (linked below) which has a picture of a Cud that has the exact shape of my die crack, so I might guess that my coin has a pre-cud die crack?

What do you think, am I right? Does this add value or take away or is it neutral?
Thanks for looking also!

Very good research. It looks like a match to me. Are there any die markers to match up?

Not sure what you mean by die markers to match up, but I did some more searching and found this (see link below), which appears to be an exact match. So does this help or hurt the value of the coin?
