Okay folks I have looked and Looked on several different pages online over and over.

I need a loupe or a magnifier of some sort and have about a $15 or so budget. Any suggestions?

I got a decent one off ebay. Brand is called Five Elements and actually has two loupes in one. A 20x -12mm and a 10x-18mm. I probably did not spend more tham 10 bucks on it.

I would get one that is at least 8x. If you can find one that has the ability to flip different lenses to go higher or lower, it would have some advantages over fixed lenses. I agree, dont spend too much on them either.

I have that Harris 10X, as well as two others.
My rec would be to compare a few in person by looking at coins.
I suggest that because my 8X jeweler's loupe is better than my Harris 10X.
Good optics go a long way in reducing eyestrain and a good 8X picks out more details than a cheap 10X.
If you look at a lot of coins, a few extra bucks for a good loupe is really worth it.
