I just found, in my change of all places a 1968 s that has either Cud, or doubling on the date and within liberty.

any opinions?

I did not find any sign of DDR.

I think very minor die damage over the '8' ( Cud), and very minor
post mint impact damage on the left side of the '8'.

A minor curiosity, and a keeper for a CRH'er.

1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them. (very common)
