1983 Lincoln Cent Missing Obverse Clad Layer?

I was talking to my sister recently about how I have started getting in to this new hobby of coin collecting and searching for errors and she showed me this penny she found a while ago. This cent either spent at the bottom of a cup holder or some other acidic environment that ate away the copper layer. Interesting to look at, but only worth face value. I was able to find an older post on here of a coin that wasn't missing as much of the plating but someone posted a pic in the comments of what a true missing copper penny looked like and it was much shinier than this one.
