Please show the pics with true color - way too much flashback here.

Uncirculated, but without better pics, as Coinfrog said, we can't tell anything about the surfaces. Try and get a picture as close to what it looks like in hand, that's always the best advice I can give for coin photography.

better photos would help however if this color is accurate I just had one come back details for cleaning. that blotchy rainbow coloring was a dead giveaway

It's the sellers photo and is too bright and color isn't right. In hand it's a bit darker, even colored and has nice sparkley original surface luster. I gotta learn to take good photos and not depend on the sellers

repost with your photos to take the glare off so we can see the actual color. I pulled these photos in and adjusted saturation and contrast and it still shows that way.

OK here's new photos - first attempt at coin photography - it is not easy lol. IDK about the obverse photo, may have to try again on it.

I think it might get AU50, but I'm going to conservatively say XF45. I'm comparing to the grades on here: https://www.PCGS.com/photograde#/Br...fCent/GradesBoy this is a hard coin to grade, does anyone else think so? The top of the hair and the beads on your coin doesn't quite look as good as the AU50 on PCGS.

Quote: he top of the hair and the beads on your coin doesn't quite look as good as the AU50 you cant just look at one component of the coin for grading. there may be weak spots from strike. look at the overall coin. if the high points are sharper than the lower relief devices then strike probably needs to be considered. for instance, look at the ear on this one. must sharper strike than the rear of the bun. if this was due to actual wear then you would expect to see wear show first on the ear as its higher relief. same with the hair right above the ear. the ear would show wear first not the hair above it based on the new photos. I can see this possibly making AU50 but I'm still sticking with my initial statement that it probably would come back details for a cleaning based on those first photos which appears to show the coloration under the toning

Looks AU ENV damage. I'd try some verdi-care and see if it'll remove that haze. I've purchased several times from this seller. One coin I purchased looked cleaned through pictures, but had great fields and cartwheel luster in hand. Another time, purchased a coin with some really nice toning. I submitted that particular coin to a TPG and it graded UNC details cleaned, but the toning was nice enough to ignore the details grade. He has a favorable return policy, so I would use that unless you like the coin.

@Steelers72 where are you seeing enviromental damage? His pics do make it look like an old cleaning that's retoned but in hand it has nice sparkly luster and what looks like original surfaces. I paid AU50 greysheet for it so not too worried if it is a detail coin, it's attractive and will look nice in an album.
I just ordered a digi microscope so maybe I can get some better pics of my coins and I'll probably bring this one to my next coinshow and get some opinions on it.
