I've seen info on the internet about differences for the 2015 25c Canada Flag coloured coin with the shading. I'm wondering if there is any info or has anyone noticed similar differences with 2018 coloured Armistice $2. I have 2 coins that I received at a coin exchange that appear to have differences. Specifically the full flower pedal that goes to the middle of the flower under the MI. I've posted pictures of my 2 coins. With one, the coloured dots seem quite large and there is more dark red in the pedal where the other the dots seem smaller with less dark red in the same pedal. Then other difference I noticed is with a stem to the right of the flower. The arrow points to it.

I see the difference, but to be honest I don't think it would be classified as something worth collecting other than for what it is.

I'm not 100% sure how they get the printed design on there as printed coins with colour like this don't really interest me that much but with all "Ink Printing" in general you are bound to run out of ink, or have prints not match previous ones. There could be numerous variables in which what you see could happen, and with that said I think it is within mint tolerance IMO.

This is where the expertise of stamp collectors should come in handy... They deal with this sort of thing all the time.

Also the "ink" is easy to get off or lightened.
