Saint Stephen New Member Austria 16 Posts	Posted 07/17/2020 08:08 am Well it is hard to see exactly whats going on there. But both the top and middle bands appear to have gaps in the split. So although I would like to tell you you have full splits. it looks like they are NFSB. Which is apparently a thing with PCGS. Give us closer-up pictures, or just send it for grading.
