2020 D Nickel Error?

I found 8 of these type error or whatever it is can you all help me identify what it is thank you this is located at the top left of the building on the reverse side you can barely see it with your eyes it looks more like a rifle barrel with your eye so I was going to call it sniper on the roof if it's a legitimate error

Just looks like a die chip, very common. Likely adds no value.
