All I see is a stain on the surface of the coin from environmental damage that looks vaguely like the outline of Roosevelt's face. If that's what you're talking about, it's caused by a combination of pure coincidence and the human brain misapplying evolutionarily ingrained habits of pattern matching.

No disrespect to you gentlemen, it maybe my brain doing pattern matching on a stain but let me point out.. between the L and I of LIBERTY, I can clearly see the outline of his lips, do stains know where to start and stop?

You can see staining under trust and the bust by the initials the eye and a dot on the nose. Sorry but its just staining of some sort.

Doubling? THIS coin?

No, that's only a stain. Nothing more. no mint error, sorry. Just an environmental stain. Not worth keeping, spend it.

I have suggest the book by Alan Herbert numerous time here: The official Guide to Mint Errors, 7th edition to many new comers, read the Minting Process. Chapter 2. This helps to decipher what happens during and after coins leaves the Mint.

Yes. Occasionally even most of us get stuck at looking at some of the strange errors and need to ask other for advice, but understanding the minting process would benefit you, and others to provide answers.
