I'll say MS-63.

MS64, it's too nice for a 63.

The obverse has a bit of chatter, and likely tops at MS-63. The question is whether the reverse and eye appeal can net the coin to MS-64. It's a nice one, for sure. IMHO, this is a PCGS/NGC MS-63 and ANACS MS-64.

these are usually a little weak in strike. I think this one is AVG+ for the year. putting that aside I have the coin at MS63. just a little too much chatter on the obverse for me to push it to 64. its close but no banana in my book

MS63. Don't think it will reach 64. Maybe 63+

MS-63, seems to have too many marks for a 64.
