Hello Coin Masters-Please let me know whats up with this penny ? Is it an Error or after Mint damage? Looks like Roosevelt dime Edge .Thanks again for all the help! Wieght 3.1 , Dark spot on Edge and face.

I think it's just PSD. Someone tried to add reeding. The reeding shouldn't show on the rim of the coin. Coins should only be reeded on the edge.

I totally agree. You can see rims and where the reeding stops. Someone did deliberate post mint damage to this coin. no mint error here, sorry.
