panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18670 Posts	Posted 06/29/2020 09:24 am A little weak in the breast for an 83(CC) as they are typically sharply struck. so AVG- for strike. looks like mostly rub on obverse and not much in the way of minor scratches but I think there's enough there to hold it to MS64 maybe as low as 63 due to the weaker than average strike. I'm leaning 64 but PCGS has not been kind to these of late. if you get her graded i'd stay away from them Report this Post to the Staff
