Found this a couple weeks and forgot to post it. I am not good at lamination errors because I have never seen one in person. I have seen a few that looked similar to this that were listed as lamination errors so just wondering about this one. Thanks ahead of time.

It looks like a lamination to me. It even looks like a lamination peel at the date.
