Newbie collector here:

2003 Maine quarter that appears to be in good or better condition, except the mint mark appears to be faded or missing entirely, and instead of 1820 it reads 820. Though I see, maybe, a very very slight image of a "1". Can't tell if this is a true mistake or just a grease-filled die error? Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks,
Dart

to CCF. Looks like a nice Struck Through Grease error.

Love die grease. The US mint has hundreds of gallons of it.
