Hi everyone I have posted before but forgot my original account and password so I made a new account, but when ever I go to a store that has the Coinstar machine I look in the reject bin for old coins and I found this 1991 D Washington quarter is it damage or a possible grease strike error, and it also feels kind of slipper when I touch it. Thanks to who might know. And I am sorry for all of the pictures.
