That's a normal 3.
Here are the two types side by side.
Open 3: the little down spike on the left side of the horizontal bar is at right angles to the bar and is tapered to a point.
The diagonal stroke, from the right side of the horizontal bar to the centre of the digit, is curved.
The lower curve of the open 3 broadens and extends leftwards and down, ending in a shorter, thicker, foot which is noticeably further from the centre of the digit than that of the normal 3.
