known for sharp and bold strikes this one is average for strike. surface preservation is a +. the chatter is a little much for a 65 but not enough to lower a full grade and appear to be more surface rub than scratches. I'm at MS64 on this one but MS63 would not surprise me for PCGS

GRADE: MS-63. No PL. You folks nailed it. Though PL on this Morgan? Was the one I thought for sure would get that. Can see clearly about 6" out. No fuzz. Mirror. Both sides. So, no idea. But grade is correct.

63 or 64 depending on what type of morning the grader had :)
