Hello folks,

Just inquiring if this 2013 bill could be a printing error or just worn. My question is if this was washed or worn wouldn't the green seal and serial number also be less green than a normal bill? Please lend me your professional answers. Thanks

I've been told that the inks used in the first & second print (face and back) are formulated differently than the inks used in the operations of the third print, or overprint process. Whatever faded the ink used for the face & back didn't affect the 3rd print.
