George V Coin (Head On Both Sides) - Coin Community Forum

georgevcoin New Member Canada 2 Posts	Posted 07/03/2020 10:58 am Hi, I recently found a George V coin in my house, but it actually has George V on both sides of the coin, with no value or year. I'm not sure if it's from Canada or from England or Australia etc. One side of the coin is upside down. Does anyone know what this could be? An error, or just two coins fused together? this is on both sides. thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

Second, typically when someone posts a coin with two heads or two tails it is a so-called Magician's coin. On the image that you have posted, I don't see a seam. Could you please post an image of the other side and the edge (as sometimes the two halves are joined there, especially on older pieces)? Also, please post the weight if you have a scale handy. Thx.
