Yeah, I don't understand why they aren't picking up. If you get your mail in a mailbox, and have the ability to leave outgoing mail in the box, and putting the flag up, the carrier should take it when they leave the mail. Maybe ask your carrier if you cross paths with them, or just go to the post office and ask.

Good idea Ed, I'll certainly try to do that if I see them pass by. As stated, I'll be talking with the Post Office on Monday, hopefully they will have something to say.
