Chinese cash coin. Too many made over the centuries for me to tell you much. But you might find it here.

It is also more likely to be a recent copy. As millions have been made for the Chinese tourist market.

The inscription is "Yong Zheng tong bao", from the coinage of the Yong Zheng emperor of China (ruled 1722-1735). However, the rim is much narrower on this piece than on normal coins of this period; I suspect it is a modern charm.

This piece could be legitimate or maybe a replica, but since the reverse side is not shown it could be any one of eighteen coins.
For the OP to get a better reply, the other side needs to be posted. At least that would point to H#22.170 to H#22.187
Some coins did have narrower rims while many were wider.
