panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18673 Posts	Posted 07/07/2020 10:05 am the 86(P) are typically sharp. the hair above the ear is a little weak for this year. surface preservation is AVG+ luster looks pretty strong. reverse MS65, obverse MS64 due to strike and cheek scratches. today I think PCGS would call it MS64. I think they are a little tougher today so it might be in a MS65 holder Report this Post to the Staff
