Hi guys, found this while looking through some change this afternoon. I am still having trouble differentiating between an actual doubled die or Machine Doubling.

What do you guys think?

I didn't find anything on PCGS or Wexler about 1979 dimes.

Also it was struck with a die that was in the later stage of life. On the fields you can see strong die flow lines.
