Even with the glare it is not a DDR. There are no splits or any type of doubling in EPU.

Im still tryna get the concept I learn better by trial a error compared to just reading materials lets just say the word "america" none of that is doubling at all I see what appears to be splits and notches or is that all worthless I swear man ive nnvr struggled so hard to grasp a concept.

I'd like to suggest you not just photograph your computer monitor for images for us. Try using your camera phone for direct photos. I have an iPhone 8, and using it I can zoom in and magnify coins pretty easy. I have found about a 5X magnification shows surfaces really well. I then use the in-camera photo editing software to crop the photos. Be careful to use either daylight or a diffused light source with your photographs. I'd be happy to help answer further questions if you have them. Good luck!

The top right of the TE (STATES), (the bottom right side of the crossbars) seems to have notching, not lighting issues.

This doesn't match any existing varieties, so if it is determined to be a variety it will be new.

BTW- You have two obverse images and no Reverse.

I know this image is not for the same year, but it was already prepared. Its a 1983 set of the doubled dies and a normal coin, to make the point that a doubled die should be enlarged.
