The 1881's have many examples of coins with mmachine doubling combined with various letters repunched. Yours is not round-the-clock, which means every letter has doubling and yours doesn't. It's a VF-30+ for wear.

Bought this coin in holder Came in as around the clock doubling. Maybe can't see in pictures. And came in at vf30 that were you guys are at

It's a decent coin but certainly not Round the Clock. You should have asked the seller to explain his notation. As pointed out above, the year has many different obverse legend varieties. R the C sticks out.
