I have another penny I think might be a no FG. I'm not very good at interpreting die markers yet. Let me know what you think. Thank you.

One of the "markers" are whether or not you can see the "FG". Your photographs are not the best, but the initials are still visible. To be the "no FG" it has to be completely gone. I think it to be worth decent money the coin needs to be in mint state, but I don't know. Yours could be slightly grease filled or caused by over polishing, who knows, but the question of value/market remains. Is PCGS still recognizing this variety?

@Merclover. Thank you for the feedback. I dont see the FG. NGC will attribute the variety. Its not worth a ton even in MS. As regards the quality of this coin, I understand it has issues. You'd be surprised what $11 conservation from NGC can do.

It is one of the floating roof, missing 'FG' coins that PCGS used to slab. But gave up on them in weeks. The location of the mintmark I watch. So far, most are with this mintmark location:

Just one so far that wasn't a match for this location, but it was not a floating roof. Just a weak 'FG'. These are from a polishing, that was repeated too many times. The die was altered removing the initials.
