Anyone recognize this lapel pin? Looks like a red arrow bent in to a C and a W 5 in a gear wheel. The pin is sterling and is marked ESCO which is a Milwaukee firm since 1934. Thanks.

I bet if you went to the ESCO FB site and posted the picture they could tell you who they made it for. Like Spence said, most likely a five year pin. The gear shape might indicate a service rep or service tech award.
