Please have a look to the attached images of 1976-D US Eisenhower dollar.
It seems both DDR, DDO and MDD are visible, which one should be considered?

Habib, this is pretty severe MD
You can tell because the serifs don't split in the lettering

I would say a medium bounce. A high bounce affects only the design as it flies over the tops of the devices hit the bust area.
