well like the title says,are quarters in mint bags more valuable than to just have some laying around

dang if I know but I was wondering are they considered uncirculated if they are still in the mint wrappers?and if its a broken roll but I kept 10 still in the wrapper does that count ?

mint bags are no different than the quarters you get in change except they have never been in circulation, same with original rolls. They are still worth a quarter a piece right now in my opinion no matter how they are packaged

Unless it's been in circulation, it's uncirculated. Now Mint State is another matter! Just kidding.

What you described is definitely UNC.
