1983-D DDO Ear Identification & Question

I have been going through a huge jar about 30 years old of untouched pennies of my mother's, and mainly coins from 1983-1987. I've found almost every variety penny except the 1983-d double ear.

My question is if the coin has identification markers that match up to the examples shown online (die cracks, gouges, etc.), Does that mean the coin is consistent with that particular variety even if the doubling may not be as prominent? Here are two different 1983D pennies that I wanted some help with...

Can you please send pictures of obverse and reverse of coin. What is the second picture ?

Die state can change the look of doubling/RPM, but in general you've got to have the variety before starting to hunt for die markers. In this case the first image, while certainly in just the right spot for FS-101, looks like a plating blister. The actual DDO is fairly unmistakable once you see one, as it's an odd bird and looks unlike most any other DDO. Sorry but the second photo just isn't good enough to make a call.

The example above is part of the normal die design. When the dies are polished, some device disappear off the die:
