Die state can change the look of doubling/RPM, but in general you've got to have the variety before starting to hunt for die markers. In this case the first image, while certainly in just the right spot for FS-101, looks like a plating blister. The actual DDO is fairly unmistakable once you see one, as it's an odd bird and looks unlike most any other DDO. Sorry but the second photo just isn't good enough to make a call.
