AU 50 details, spotting may bring it down to EF 40. Looks like the S is doubled, may want to check against Cherrypickers FS#-016.5 nlp

The strike looks weak on Lincoln's face & "LIBERTY" (maybe a tired die) but I sure don't see much wear.

Scanners are very, very difficult to grade with. I cannot tell if there's a rub on the cheek and I cannot assess the luster. This coin appears to be MS to me, it's softly struck as noted by the scratchiness on the shoulder. Not sure if it's the scanner, but the luster seems subdued. There's a chance this is an AU coin.

If you want better internet grades sublime, it'd be worth using a digital camera.

It has a macro mode, the specs look pretty good to me:

Have you tried it in macro mode? Light plays a HUGE factor with these. You must have good lighting and manually adjust the white balance to get a good picture.

sublime, you can probably take good pics with that camera. Must have good lighting, and a tripod. Does it have a timer for the shutter? Check out the thread by superdave in the coin photo forum.
