Coin A is ungraded.
The 7 appears to me that it is a B7 over a Ptd 7 dot.
It has the somewhat shorter 4, which is typical for a Ptd 7 type

Coin B is NGC graded as B7
However, it looks nearly identical to Coin A and seems to be also a Ptd 7?

I am also wondering if anyone else has similar 1947 dollars?
any help and info is much appreciated

so is it fair to assume that it is only a P7?

Both look to be pointed 7's, from the Blunt 7's I have seen they are all missing the little "tail" on the bottom, however the tail shows on both your coins.

Both are pointy 7's
B appears to be P7 dot
A may be a dot as well, hard to determine from those pics
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Thanks guys.
If I blow these up and take them side by side with another P7, it appears these 2 P7s are over-punched with a B7. Maybe it might be MD? there appears to be a definite bottom end of the B7 where it actually should end. But maybe I am just seeing things..
maybe my eyes are getting too old...or I need a new macro lens.
will try and post what I am seeing next few days.
yes, I agree with the Dot on both. it is better to see with coin in hand.
