Im confused...how do I see if it is Ansei (C# 16a) or Meiji (C# 16b)? I dont think its Tempo (C# 16), as bottom left 2 strokes of #26159; doesn't cross.

The top strokes of the middle left character is uneven, the meiji one should be all straight.

I think the character still reads the same even if the strokes do not cross.
