Going with these pics,EX-45 to AU-50. I am not great at grading though. Check ebay sold values for an idea on current values.

At a minimum, the coin would be worth silver melt value for Washington quarters. As noted by others, larger, cropped, high resolution photos would be great.

Nice find for sure.

Fixed it for you. The coin looks AU-58 with some mild friction on the surfaces.
