SPP-Ottawa Moderator Canada 10463 Posts	Posted 07/21/2020 1:31 pm Really tough using photos with that much glare... Using PCGS grading standards, I would say MS-64R, A-off. That obverse is really, really nice, but the mark on the high cheek and neck, as well as the fingerprint smudges on the reverse, prevent me from grading his any higher. I would not be surprised if ICCS put this one in a MS-65 holder, because the fields look clean. Although it is pretty rare to see coins with fingerprint smudges in ICCS MS-66 holders, I have seen them on occasion.
