Hi all,

This cent has a couple die chips or die gouges? Is there a difference? Also the tops of the left columns are bulging or swollen. Is this because of die wear?

Thanks for any comments - DE

Thanks josephm99, I am aware of the die chips - I was more wondering about the wear on the column heads and how long this die was kept in business.

I snuck in the question about die gouge vs die chip. My post must be absolutely boring to everyone haha

I'll wait until I get a small date 1982 D copper then try again
