Overdipped. Maybe AU-58 but I'll say AU-55 to be on the safe side.

this is is typically sharp and bold. reverse is weak for the year. the coin does look over dipped and somewhat re-toned. fairly good hit to the right of the eagle

thinking the photo is making it looked dipped but it may just be the lighting, ill say AU-55

I'm seeing bag marks but no wear. Unfortunately, the photos are too dark to grade from.
