1988 L.500 Coin. I Have No Idea What This Is, Any Thoughts?

tdziemia Pillar of the Community United States 7962 Posts	Posted 07/26/2020 1:49 pm Apparently there is a tendency for this type to have some offcenter alignment of the center part: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic3...tml?mobile=0 An example with about the same extent of offcenter recently (July 7) sold for 50 cents on ebay (you will find it if you do an ebay sold items search on Italy 500 lire 1988).
