It could be a linear gas trail bubble, try to see if it dissipates by touching it with something small like a toothpick

Die deterioration, also known as a ridge line. These are commonly seen on the zinc cents. Although more commonly noticed on the obv running through IGWT, they do appear on the reverse as well. Just a normal coin, not an error.
