1994 D Penny with doubling in the last T of Trust. Is there doubling in the 4? Is this rare to see one letter doubled?

Huh, it almost looks like a repunch, but that would be impossible for this coin I imagine as I think they stopped repunching individual letters over a century ago.

I see a slightly misaligned die on the obv and the potential for a dropped letter on TRUST. Any chance of a really good close up on just that area?
