"ruined" no, but It's definitely damaged IMO. I wouldnt pay more than $18 shipped for the lot. If you find the Peace dollar to be pretty maybe a couple bucks more would be worth it, but it's unlikely you'd find a buyer for what you paid unless the price of silver were to go up.
