1970 S LMC/Small Date?

Good evening. This coin seems to have the characteristics of a small date. The 9 in the date curls around pointing towards the 0 rather than a blunt tail downward towards the bottom of the 7. And the 7 doesn't appear to dip lower than the 9 and the 0. Liberty appears to be weak also. BUT....I've been taking pictures and staring at this coin for quite awhile now so some fresh eyes and knowledge would be greatly appreciated to see maybe if it is or is not a small date. Here's some images. Thanks....
