Couldn't help but notice the mintmark on this quarter looked a little odd, suspected perhaps it was a repunched mintmark. I already checked Vareity Vista for a lead but it didn't match any of the known varieties for this date, so I'm leaning towards Machine Doubling. Still, what you do think?

Machine doubling. Note the 'TE' on quarter, you see the same Machine Doubling.
