Does this look like it could be a RPM or RPD. NW of the second "9" looks like it could be a repunch of the "9" or "P" and the "1" also looks to have something pressed into the upper part of number....possibly struckthrough? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

Is that dried soda/or glue from a cup holder/alteration of the coin issue that we are seeing?

I'm not sure what caused the discoloration, but I was looking at the area NW of the second "9" where it's either PMD or something else because it's affecting the field.
